Resumen de Diseño de Logo

This is use with a specialist medical practice: letterheads, website etc. it needs to look professional, reproducible, and clean. black and white, or a very simple colour palette would probably be best

We would like it to be based on :
1) the tree of andry (which is a classic orthopaedic image designating straightening of growth),
2) deep roots (as we are community based),
3) set upon a cross rather than a stake (as it is a christian and medical practice).
4) representing the mountains where we are based. perhaps with the roots and mountains together suggesting a diamond shape

The project is prescriptive but feel free to offer variation if inspiration suggests. The scale, and even the mountain might be optional, but the rooted bent tree tied to the cross must be there.
