Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I'm a french psychologist specialized in organizational psychology and I recently registered my company. I work in Quebec, Canada. I propose individual, group and organizational therapy or interventions. I will also offer an outdoor adventure service so it's important for me that the logo will represent at a time and indoor and outdoor style. I like it when it's refined, symbolic and professional. "Repère" is a French word that means for me kind of a "safe space" for my clients (the meaning of a lighthouse could be comparable). I want to be a reference, kind of a guide. I want to propose not impose something. The real name of my company is "REFERE consultation in organizational psychology" AIM, in my logo, it could be write like this: "Benchmark consultation in organizational psychology". The only thing that I really want about my title is that the emphasis is on "Repère". The "organizational psychology consultation" is secondary, but needs to be in the logo somewhere. I'm opened to have a text based logo or an Icon based logo. Both could be interesting too (the icon integrated into the text based logo). I want something that people will recognized and pay attention on it.

On an other hand, I prefer the outdoor colors such as forest green, beige, brown, khaki, black, white, olive green. I want my logo to transmit values such as empathy, adaptability, benevolence, creativity, empowerment, gratitude, listening, compassion, courage, thoroughness and vision.

I let you an idea that I had, but I'm really opened of any other suggestions (don't look at the colors of it, look at the symbol).
