Require a logo that provides a simple, clean, and concise message. I am looking for something rich, but not busy. Bold, but not over the top.

We acquire existing Apartment communities and upgrade them moderately in order to improve the quality of lives of our existing tenant base. We want to be a part of the housing solution, not the problem.

Th company is named after Smith Lake located in Washington Park in Denver, Colorado. Smith Lake Holdings. It was one of the original parks in the Denver area and the housing surrounding it was mainly built for the employees of the now shut down Gates Rubber Plant in the early 1900's. From the East Side of Smith looking West, the Rocky Mountains provide the backdrop for the lake. There is an original boat house still there as it used to be Denver's swimming hole.
