The brochure is intended to be printed on letter sized paper (8.5"x11"). It can be double sided and either portrait or landscape oriented.

The number of pages for the brochure can be more or less than the powerpoint presentation. If there is a way to combine the info from multiple pages into a single page in the new brochure, I'm okay with that.

Hello, you said you want to use the prospective design as a template. Are you comfortable with sources submitted in Adobe Indesign?

Yes, Adobe indesign is an acceptable format. When I suggested "template" I meant more that we will need the ability (over time) to update the text etc. Some of this may be minor edits/additions that we'll do ourselves, but I suspect we'll likely continue to work with the winning designer to make those changes going forward. So while this is an initial design contest it will likely lead to ongoing assignments/work.
