We require a logo design for a new Vegan Take Away based in West London called V-Gang Kitchen. Initially it will be on Instagram & maybe a couple of delivery platforms. All of our dishes will be freshly cooked on site, from Healthy Bowls, Burgers, Curry & more .

Our Target market is mainly Vegans but we would welcome all eaters from all walks of life. As it's fully plant based Kitchen, people from different cultures & religions can join us with hopefully no objections.

Predominantly we will serving nutritional health bowls made with: rice, avocado, salad, chillies, seeds, rice & Indian & South Korean inspired sauces. Each bowl will be bespoke in regards to what the consumer would like & will be prepared freshly by a member of staff. We will also sell small containers of freshly cut fruit & vegan plant based power smoothies/juices with fresh fruit & nut garnishes and try to promote a healthy lifestyle.
We will also provide for gym goers who would like macro based weighed food...
We will be trying to encourage healthy eating across the board through our bowls which includes raw fruit & veg as this is where the nutrients are at their best & there will also be an option for each consumer to donate a Vegan Bowl (at a heavily subsidised rate of £3-4) to people less fortunate. This aspect of our business is 100% non-profit.

We will be operating as a Social Enterprise with a pledge to try & do the following:
- To have a ZERO WASTE food policy & try not to waste any food within our premises, & anything nearing its expiry date to be prepared & donated to a charitable cause or to those less fortunate.
- To recycle all of our food packaging, where possible & try not to buy fruit & veg in plastic wrapping.
- To try & only serve food in a biodegradable containers & lids. The cutlery we supply will be made from potato starch which is also degradable.
- To try our best to try steer clear of selling any products that use any "virgin plastics." For example Bottled Water we will use brands like Buxton as their bottles are made solely from 100% recycled plastic, essentially we want to try & do the best for our planet.
- Donate 10-15% of ALL sales to creating healthy food bowls to the less fortunate & this will provided to them free of charge.
- In the future to put on cooking workshops to show people from all walks of life how to get the most out of their food with as least waste as possible.

Logo Design:
Would like it to be Green in colour & for it to try & represent our core values:
- green, trying to look after our planet (non virgin plastic being sold) & there is no PLANet B
- food donation to the less fortunate
- zero food waste
- healthy nutrition bowls
- each dish sold will have 10% of the sale go towards a healthy nutritious bowl to somebody in need. (approx every 4 bowls sold & 1 free bowl will be donated through our charitable partner).
The logo has the word Gang in it but don't wish for it to have any weapons or Gang affiliation to it, us Vegans are thought to be apart of a cult so don't really wish for it to have any negative connotations.
