Resumen de Diseño Gráfico

I would like a photo shopped image of my golf club layout of sufficient resolution that it could be printed in either landscape or portrait on anything from a letter size paper all the way up to poster size (24"x 36"). The end result would look somewhat similar to the first document I uploaded. This example is from another artist of a different golf course.

My golf club is www.pinehillsgolf.com. We have two courses, and to start, I want this image done of just the Nicklaus course. Depending on the results, I may come back to you to do the same for the Jones course and several other local golf clubs.

I've attached the "yardage book" for the Nicklaus course. The first page shows the overall orientation of each hole relative to the next and a detailed view of each hole on the subsequent pages. The detailed views are all of different scales so they will fit on the page of the yardage book so they would have to each be scaled and reoriented in their relative position.

Other instructions are as follows:
A) Reoriented so that north is pointing up.
B) Omit the following which is shown in the first page of the yardage book: 1) The table on lower right with tee yardage, 2) Driving range, 3) club house (shown in lower right of image) , 4) the roads shown in grey, one is labeled "Old Sandwich Road.
C) Include the club logo (also attached) with "Nicklaus Course" beneath the logo.
D) Remove most of the forest that is depicted in the first page of the yardage book. Leave just a little of the forest as a boundary to the hole and fade it into a white background between holes.
E) Include the hole marker bubbles (1,2,3...) and the red lines on each hole as depicted in the first page of the yardage book.
F) Include the cart paths, also shown in grey that follow each hole.
