Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Logo. Want to keep the same basics of our current one (see timgt.com on top tool bar if pic didn't upload) but modernize it. New font (Gotham?), new plane (needs to be a 737 Max with winglets), and want to show motion (wheels up) vs stationary with wheels down. I think this needs to be done with shadowing to make it seem like the plane is taking off above our company name and towards the viewer straight on.

OR using the silhouette plane to replace the old one with one thin line separately the plan and our text. I want Total Investment Management to be split into 2 lines, Total Investment on 1 line (darker) and Management on the second line (lighter).

I have uploaded some IDEAS....I do like the silhouette pic but design as you see fit. The real pic of the plane is to show a 737 Max taking off straight on.
