We are a non-profit called Resolutions Northwest that offers mediation, restorative justice, facilitation and training, and equity services. Our mission is to facilitate honest dialogue to resolve conflict and advance racial and social justice. We envision inclusive communities in which people connect across differences and share opportunities to thrive.

We value being transparent and honest in the relationships we establish and build within our team, the people we engage with, and the communities we serve. We also believe in integrity, accountability, and committing to continual growth.

Our services are designed to be effective, community-oriented, and affordable. We are currently in a phase of rebranding and look to create an environment that cultivates a sense of accountability, call to action, learning and growth.

We also look to create a space of community, safety, validation, connection, and support.

We are searching for a designer who can effectively establish and convey these messages, feelings, and emotions through our logo. We are looking for a design that is minimal, simple, and clean. We ideally want a logo that doesn't seem bland and doesn't have an admin or business/corporate type of aesthetic.
