Chesapeake Realty Partners will build and operate a 325-unit residential rental community named Fairmont at SouthLake, to be built within a large planned unit development (PUD) in Bowie, Prince Georges County, MD. The PUD, called SouthLake, will have over 1,000 for-sale homes, 600,000 square feet of retail, entertainment and commercial development, as well as walking trails and a large lake, adjoining a large community recreation facility. CRP is soliciting logo designs for the rental community only.

In your designs, emphasize the “Fairmont”" component. “At SouthLake” is important for SEO and must appear in the logo. However, we do NOT want a "lake" in the graphics. (See full description attached below.) Target demographics will be a mix of Gen X/Y, between ages of 28-45. Vibe of community is truly live/work/play.
