Losam Agency, marketing agency specialized in the creation and animation of communities.
Losam Agency created the “IT Talents Lab”, a freelance consulting firm. We will then create a Think Tank dedicated to manager / director which oversee the sourcing of external workforce regarding IT and digital talents.

The IT Talents Lab, what is it:
- 5 meetings a year (1 dinner + 4 breakfasts meeting)
-1 founding committee composed of 6/8 leaders which will define the themes of the different meetings.

Freelance.com is a global services provider for external workforce.
It helps companies manage their transformation by connecting them with the best freelance experts or highly-specialized SMEs.
Freelance manages their extended workforce from start to finish, from people to projects and billing.
Their goal is to bring together large organizations, pure-player SMEs, start-ups and freelancers and help them to become change makers.

We create “IT Talents Lab” a community for Freelance.com to promote their solution and increase their clientele.

Target of the Lab:
Director HR or DSI who manages the sourcing of external workforce concerning IT talent & amp; amp; Digital.

Positioning:
-High-end, we address a target of corporate decision makers
-Management of transformation projects - the theme of the Think Tank
-Professional, we address corporate companies exclusively
