Resumen de Diseño de Logo

The company name is Wefald Consulting LLC. Sole proprietor. My domain is called Agile Coaching, I help large, older companies learn new ways of working and behaving to master modern large scale software delivery by adopting agile practices: learning to work more like younger companies that were born during the age of software. When a company decides to do this, it’s accurately called an Agile Transformation because the change is so substantial, it is a transformation. The work involves training, mentoring, demonstrating, and coaching. Part of my value proposition is my seniority – my 20+ years of experience building the systems and practices that are now being transformed, along with a little bit of gray, helps my customers to trust me. So I think my brand is techie and transformative but also stable, something that senior leaders at large companies would find compelling and modern and transformative but also mature. I come at the work a little differently than many others as my background is in writing code and leadership. In logos I’ve played around with for myself, I’ve liked a topline of “Wefald Consulting LLC” with a subtitle of “Agility | Leadership | Development”. Attached is my favorite logo that I came up with on my own. There is an agile/scrum logo (searchable term) that is circular with arrows – I like the idea of playing off that. I'm also a high altitude mountaineer - I've climbed glaciated peaks around the world and I use those stories when I teach/mentor so they are part of my brand. Incorporating that is not an expectation but a possibility if it's not too much in the front or too much like an inspirational poster. I want to use the design language for LinkedIn, email signature, invoices, cards.
