Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for an apartment/mixed-use project that is located in a small borough in the suburbs of Philadelphia. We have attached a photo that is representative of the site, which includes walking trails, a bridge, river and eventually a train station. The name of the project is "River Station" . The final design of this logo will be representative of the site as a whole, not just the apartments themselves. We would be interested to see a design that incorporates the imagery of the site (based upon the images attached).
