Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I am an advisor specializing in change management for organizations that need advice or support to carry out their projects.
I can either offer to work as an advisor on a project, or I can coach, support and train one or more employees in the organization so that they are able to become independent in change management, and can work on similar projects afterwards.
Change scares people, whether they are employees or managers, entrepreneurs or CEOs. I am here to reassure them and offer them a strategy and support so that they can make a success of their change.
The logo (or signature?) has to be in marine, or marine and orange. The orange colour represents the search for balance while the blue represents serenity and objectivity. Change is an imbalance at a human and organizational level, represented by the colour orange, while blue represents calm and reflection to respond to this imbalance. I don’t have the codes of the colours since I’m not a designer and I rely on you to select the best matching orange and marine.
The title, following my name, is in French: “Manouane Beauchamp gestion + changement”.
The final design must reflect that I have more than 15 years of experience as an advisor in change management.
