Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are starting an executive office and coworking space in Jonesboro, Georgia and need a new logo to build a brand around. We will be offering up private and shared offices, as well as shared desk space for small businesses and entrepreneurs. We need something upbeat and inspirational for a small business and entrepreneur crowd, but also something that is recognizable for the area. We are going to be located on the historic main street for the city, so we want to capture some of that location into the logo. Additionally, going in the same vein as the city branding itself (https://www.jonesboroga.com/OnlineHistoricalTour.aspx) would be preferred.

The business itself will be simply named "124 S Main St" (could also be fully written out if works better for design) with a subtext of "Historic Jonesboro Executive Offices & Coworking" so the building and location will be the primary focus of the branding. Minimalistic designs preferred.

There is also a train track incorporated in the road in front of the building that they are trying to also build a brand around. So, that could be incorporated into a logo as well, but not required.
