Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo for our food trailer which will be serving Mexican food with a menu mainly consisting of street tacos but will also contain burrito options. We would like a logo with an icon and text where we can use just the icon or just the text. We are looking for something fun and light that plays into the content of the name. We're not Mexican so it shouldn't have a overly authentic representation to it.
