Hello, I had asked that the designers stop using the old design because it doesn't work well. We are looking for a new design that reflects water, tranquility, and an eco friendly evironment. Please do not incorporate the old logo with the woman and jug in your design. Thank you.

Original Brief:
We need an updated logo (attached) which should include a symbol AND logotype which depicts the name of the business "Mercey Hot Springs". The font used should not be too scripted because that makes it hard to read. It must be able to be used in multiple applications such as a T-shirt, business card, Embroidered onto a hat or printed onto a mug. It needs to show up easily against a solid background for advertising purposes. It should be simple and easilyWe are open to both. The current logo is too vertical which makes it hard to use for some applications. The logo should stand out clearly even when small. Using the current logo as an example, you cannot tell what it is unless it is enlarged and the water reproducable in both color and black and white, not to exceed three colors. Do NOT use the same woman and water. I am seeking a NEW design because the current woman is too tall and vertical and the water is too detailed and does not work well on a small facebook ad. It should have a modern look; but an old world feel to it. Please keep it simple, not intricate.

This is an ancient hot springs that goes back 100 years, so an old world traditional logo is better than a hard edge super modern logo. PLEASE look at the website to get a feeling for the location. It was originally used by the native indians and purchased by the current owners 26 years ago. It is a completely off-the-grid solar powered resort, so it is very ECO friendly. It is not fancy and overpriced, but a down to earth natural location on 150 acres of land where people soak in hot tubs, hike, do yoga, meditate and relax. The current logo includes a sub-head "Experience Tranquility". You can add that or not. The goal is for the logo not to be too busy and hard to read when in a small format. You may want to include one logo with and one without the sub-head.
