I like the attempt to incorporate the agricultural aspects of the region but I feel the leaf motif is not appropriate. The design does need to foremost look and feel medical.

Use of the medical cross and/or an abstract rod of asclepius (might be too difficult to combine) with a repeatable shape x3 or x4 in strong solid colours (refer bcu logo) that complements the other design elements is more what we are looking for.

* Monochromatic (black & white) designs should be avoided.
* Colour gradients should be avoided.
* Use of cursive / elegant type faces should be avoided.

* Motifs / elements resembling people or hands should be avoided

* Elements that resemble religious icons such as hands together and abstract people with crosses should be avoided

* Lettermark logos using the CCSM initials are encouraged
* Designs that avoid traditional medical iconology (crosses and sceptres) are encouraged
