hi , i interesting with your project, can you guarantee the project ?

I, this is my 1st time using the site, but I've used guru and others for about 15 to 20 years. I'm not sure of the effect of guaranteeing the project. I paid just under $500 to this site for the logo ideas, the idea's, so paying more isn't so attractive. Can you please let me know from your perspective yeah you're perspective what the effect of guaranteeing the project is, versus, as it sits right now? Thanks so much, Andrew
