Resumen de Diseño de Brochure

Our business covers a broad range of areas of expertise, including long-term rentals, real estate sales, visa-related topics, as well as access to a range of specialist expert partners in areas such as legal, accounting, insurance, mortgage brokers, car importation, etc. We have assisted clients from more than 30 countries in moving to, or investing in, Portugal or Spain.

Due to the growth of the company, we are looking to update our corporate brochure to reflect the diversification of our offerings. The task will require using the existing brochure as a base (PDF available but original raw file is not), creating new storyboard of the company, and succinctly reflecting a customer-centric, one-stop partner via whom clients have access to a range of services and solutions focused on moving or retiring to, or investing in, the Iberian Peninsula.

We are looking for the delivery of a new digital brochure only (of course in a file format that could be used to print, if needed, in the future), of approximately 7-8 A5 pages. Corporate colours, context/text (to be extracted from our different web sites, namely www.algarveseniorliving.com; www.spainseniorliving.com; www.propertyfinderportugal.com; www.algarvelonglets.com; www.luz-living.com), and images are available (so no content writing or generation required) but the précis of information and storyboarding/flow of the brochure are expected to be done by the designer.

• Use corporate colours, photos to the best possible extent i.e. must be visually stunning AND relevant

• A storyline, a clear rationale of the evolution of the business and its services, a flow of logic from the main business to the secondary businesses

No debería tener

• Poor English, pages that are too cluttered (but must contain complete information, so if more pages are needed, that is fine), colours that are not a match for corporate colours
