Resumen de Diseño Gráfico

The Connected Care Halton Ontario Health Team (CCHOHT) is committed to delivering a health system that improves wellbeing through innovation, collaboration, and reducing barriers for the populations of Halton (Oakville, Halton Hills, and Milton). Our website is: https://connectedcarehalton.ca/.

We need a footer image to go on the front of a PowerPoint presentation. The document is a strategic plan. The image should be an aspect ratio of 4:1 (8 inches x 2 inches). We will also use this as a cover image for other presentations moving forward. It should be scalable and hi res.

The image we are looking for should be a visual representation of the communities in Halton Region. Attached is a sample of what I mean that was developed for Toronto. The style or design does not need to replicate the sample.
