Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for a new spa based in Estes Park, Colorado, called The Qi Lounge. The Qi (pronounced "Chi") Lounge concept revolves around modern Traditional Chinese Medicine and nature- inspired services. We will be located at a resort property which overlooks a lake and has panoramic mountain views. We would like to see a logo that plays with the "Q" in Qi, and somehow integrates the two logos in the photo with the yellow door - we are joining our two businesses into one. HOWEVER... if you create a logo with a different concept and we like it, we will consider that too! I have drawn an idea that combines our logos, but I'm worried it's too busy-looking. I need your artistic eyes!
