Resumen de Diseño de Logo

i have owned this website for 10 years, using it sparingly as I was employed full time. I am now a full time consultant and as such must start building the brand HVACTEACHER.COM. HVAC stands for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning and yes, I teach it. The primary services I offer is live, online and blended training in all aspects of unitary HVAC. The attached logo was found doing a google search on HVAC Logo. I would like something similar, in rede and blue but the person must be seen as a teacher, not a technician. So in their hands it could be a ruler or pointer.
