General Comment: with my product suite being called Ready Set Interview, the operative word is interview. I've noticed that many/most designs have the 'Ready' and 'Set' words themselves as much bigger than the word 'Interview', but that should be switched with more emphasis on the word 'Interview' so it stands out.
