Hi I can only find 4 items listed on the posting, what's the last item? also do we need to follow the exact info from your existing product e.g 1.5" - ECZEMA SALVE into the new label design?

you have to follow the size and shape recommendations as well as the name of each product but everything else is up to you! let me know if you have any other questions!
