It will be a placed on pencil cases, school bags, pencils and pens.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: Hi Everyone,
We are going to add 100.00 to the project and hope you understand why we'd like to extend the deadline as outlined below.
The designs have been really fun and creative. We'd like to extend the deadline by 7 days. Actually we'd like 21 days because we'd like to put the designs on a survey for our target market. In Korea, Middle, school, high school, and university start in earnest in March. We'd like to go the schools and survey the students in early march and choose a design based on the survey.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: Hi All,
In the previous extension I mentioned extending the contest until early march because uni and high school begins then and wed like to do a high school and university poll at that time. In my opinion the current designs are all great and hard to choose from. Also, I believe that my choice may not be consistent with our target market.
Note: it seems the system only let's me extend the deadline 7 days at a time. That's why we haven't extended it until early march.

The character should cute, a little rebellious, and attractive but not too sexual.
The character should be a progression from the cutesy Hello kitty. For example a progression from the cutesy girl bands that appeal to preteen girls to a slightly more provocative teenage audience.
She should project a sense of boldness in terms of women becoming more liberated and independent. For example, a type of girl that's not afraid of asking a guy on a date. The character should be playful, personable, feminine, colorful, and upmarket. If not upmarket then clean and sharp.
