Resumen de Diseño de Camiseta

We will celebrate 1 year 3/24/22 after a huge transition / conversion was done on 3/24/21. It was a huge undertaking and extremely difficult on 110 associates. We want to make a shirt to give out to all of the associates at our year celebration. This property was designed one way since the 90's and have had many owners and guests return every year for 20plus and we changed into separate entities on the same property so it has been hard on everyone our owners and all of the associates. But we did an awesome job and worked extremely hard during this year of transformation because we have an awesome team and an awesome leader. I want the shirt to some how express that we did it and did well whether the word is survived or made it. I want Marriott Kauai Beach Club on it and the date 3/24/21 of the change (night from hell) to the year later date 3/24/22. I like using possible the design of metamorphosis and see some cool butterfly designs and short sayings like "Behind every beautiful thing there is pain." or "Don't be afraid change is a beautiful thing, said the butterfly." and possible incorporate Fly with me or fly with us. Could have butterflies flying over the should starting small and getting smaller over the shoulder to the back of the shirt. The Marriott Vacation Club colors are blue green and white. This should be a shirt we are proud to hand out at this celebration and doesn't look like it was done on a do it yourself website. It should express: accomplishment, teamwork, success through pain in some type of way as i have explained above.
