However, I think we didn't make it clear, but the Apply a Loan page is actually the landing page of the Application. Is it possible to make it more welcoming and engaging for the user?

Also, for the Connect Your Bank page, we are not linking customers' credit cards, we are linking their bank account, like people login to their online make account to view their bank statements. So only the bank account number and password are required for that page.
