Resumen de Diseño Gráfico

I am launching a podcast titled "Be Gay with Me" which is a podcast where I sit and talk with LGBTQIA+ folks and allies about everyday life. I'm looking for a simple, but visually catchy design that I can use for marketing (mostly T-shirts and other merchandise). Note: I am not looking for podcast cover art.

I envision a microphone and headphones incorporated somehow, and, of course, the pride colors. I'd like the pride colors to look like something other than a standard pride flag or basic rainbow. Maybe paint splatters or a wave form or something like that.
I have attached a few photos that I have found where designers have very effectively incorporated pride colors into their designs without it looking flat, or overly busy.
