1. The subtitle has been changed to "not 4Ps but fit for a competitive world" = this is a similar length to the original subtitle, so easy to change in designs submitted so far, as long as all text is editable easily.
2. Don't forget there is an author photo with the brief, so there should be a small box next to About the Author for that photo. One design has done that.
