I would say bring something new and add the state of Texas, coffee beans, just a horse riding through Frisco.  The Chisholm Trail originated in the late 1800''s because Texans drove cattle through Texas from the south up through North Texas Oklahoma and then eventually selling the cattle in Kansas.  Frisco is the area they drove the cattle and would stop for some really good coffee.
