Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Hello. My VA worked up this logo and I love the concept of creating a puzzle out of the house logo. I think it really embodies what our company does i.e. we solve real estate problems for people by buying their house quickly in it's current condition or in a creative way. But, I don't like the aesthetic the way she worked it up.

I would like the logo to be more modern, sharper. Less/no gradient, less rounded on the edges and corners. Should look 2d.

I would also like it to project trust, strength, integrity, solidness, financial stability, expertise, professionalism. To me, this version seems cartoonish. Too playful. Like a balloon animal. We are real estate experts and our logo should reflect that.

I would also like a different color palette. I've chosen some color palettes on a Pinterest board that can be access through the link in the attachments. I feel like blue is a strong color and can be combined with one or two accent colors. No more that 3 colors allowed. 2 is even better if you can make it pop with only two.

I would also like a better, sharper, modern font.

Use your creativity and don't feel like you have to stick too closely to the examples attached. Please use the attached logo mockups as a starting point and then let your imagination run!
