Resumen de Diseño de Tatuaje

Seeking tattoo design that includes a dragon and phoenix images. This design needs to go on my upper right arm, on the upper half.

Design represents the duality (two sides) of myself:
Dragon represents adversity, harshness/no mercy, cold and hard.
Phoenix represents triumph, compassion/second chances, warm and soft.

The tails should be intertwined/twisted together to represent they are joined together. A Celtic knot of the tails is also possible as I am Irish too.
Area is a "tombstone" shape for my upper arm. Should fit within a 4" (10cm) wide x 6" (15.25cm) tall.
Dragon should have colors that are cool (deep blue/grey/white/etc) with harsher textures/color transitions.
Phoenix should have colors that are warn (deep red/orange/yellow/etc) with softer textures/color transitions.
Colors should be not be bright, but mature/muted as I want to avoid a cartoon-like appearance.
This can be in a Neo-Traditional (semi realistic) or Tribal or a combination. What I want is it to be easily identifiable at a distance and good details up close. I am NOT looking for flames on the phoenix but do want the recognizable feathers coming off the head and tail. Dragon should have front claws/arms. NOT looking for Asian/Japanese style.
Note: this should be designed for application as a tattoo.
