Resumen de Diseño de Logo

The project is for a logo for a consulting company that helps companies buy, sell and valuate automotive dealerships. The company is MD JOHNSON Inc. and their team are all seasoned executives who have owned and run dealerships. We would like to modernize and simplify the logo. The logo is, essentially a word mark with a simple but meaningful icon. The icon should reflect motion, the road forward etc.
We should try the logo with and without the INC. With and without a tagline. I will forward the current logo and a concept to consider. Feel free to change anything. The tag line could be
'driven beyond' for placeholder purposes.
