Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are a new, completely off-grid distillery establishing in Belize called Maya Mountains Distillery. We are looking for a full logo for labels and an abbreviated logo for merchandise and such. We have a solid design concept that we have already put together, but are looking for finalization to make it look more professional. We are seeking a slightly old-school look with blocky-style text to represent Mayan construction in a mixed gray w/ dark green color scheme as shown. We have used an actual picture of the Cockscomb Range in Belize to develop the "silhouette" of the mountain range. I have attached our logo concepts and pictures used to develop the silhouette (and a picture of a different part of the range). If you would like to use these attachments/concepts to develop a different take, we are not locked into our own ideas but do want Cockscomb Range-looking mountains (can be slightly conceptual not entirely literal, but don't want a basic triangle mountain or typical "Rocky mountains" mountain as the mountains look different in Belize) in the logo and obviously need the name. We will be using a short cylindrical clear bottle for bottling, not something tall like a wine bottle. We will be using a wood and cork topper to maintain our off-grid, farm to bottle concept, so will likely not go with a very cosmopolitan or mechanical look. Also don't want some cartoonish mountains or overly bright colors.
