I need a professional website designed for a medical business, KLR Medical.
The website will be hosted on Kajabi (similar design functionality as WIX).

About the website:
Pages for the website:
- Home page (a brief overview of the company with a section for "Ultrasound Clinics" and "Coaching and Courses" that link to these pages with all the info and packages for these sections)
- About Us (section for company info and info about Katrina Robertson, founder and business coach)
- Ultrasound Clinics (all the info about ultrasound, our packages, links to book, gallery of 3D/4D images, FAQs, social media links)
- Coaching and Courses (All of our coaching package info, course info with a waiting list sign up, section for free business download resources, social media links, blog posts)
- Contact Us (info for our blayney ultrasound location and bookings with a map, contact form, email and phone details)

Pages that are also needed but not visible in the top menu:
- Blog Page
- Waiting List Page x2 (Dubbo pop-up 3D clinic, Online Course)
- Thanks for subscribing page


We have a company logo and a logo for both the ultrasound clinics and the Coaching sides of the business. They are attached as well as the HEX codes for the branding colours. Ideally the company areas of the site will be in the blue, purple and teal colours. The ultrasound clinics page will be mostly in the purple with the "clinics" logo featuring on the page.
The courses and coaching page will be dominant in the blue branding colours with accents of purple and teal. The courses logo will be somewhere on the page too.


About our company:
Our company has 2 separate businesses which will have their own pages on the website.
We have a medical imaging business which specialises in ultrasound. We have 3 locations/services:
- Blayney Ultrasound: open Fridays and the occasional saturday. Our main focus and where the focus on the clinical page needs to be.
- West Wyalong Ultrasound: Currently closed, no re-opening date and unlikely to reopen.
- Pop-up clinics: most commonly occur in Dubbo. occasionally in Parkes. Dates for next pop-up will be announced in the future.


Our Blayney practice offers both diagnostic ultrasound (referral from doctor) for all areas of the body and 3d/4d pregnancy ultrasounds for entertainment purposes.
The content for the ultrasound clinics part of the website can be found on the current blayney ultrasound website: blayneyultrasound.com.au
This website will be replaced by the new company site. All of the info on this site will end up on the clinics page of the new company website.

The second part of the company is a coaching and courses service for medical professionals who want to start or grow their business.
We currently have coaching packages for 1-on-1 online advice and guidance.

Coaching: all take place on Zoom and can be recorded for them to watch again after. Notes, documents and links that are discussed are provided after session

- FREE 15 minute session: discuss current business or business idea, if and how I can help and potential things they can do. One per client

- Single Coaching Session - 1hr with Katrina

Enrollment for our first course opens in May and clients can join the waitlist in the meantime.
Course is aimed at medical professionals who want to grow their patient numbers and create an online presence for their business.
Ideal for: small practices where the owner does everything, not necessarily familiar with marketing/social media/websites, goes to the very basics and steps through everything in getting a logo, branding, website, building social media pages, creating content.

Course name to come but it will be something like "helpful marketing in healthcare" or "the business of healthcare"

We will also have a blog on the website and a podcast (in the future).

I would like a testimonial on at least the clinics page and the coaching page. Here is one for each but I have more if need be:

I would also like a section for a welcome video (yet to be recorded) on the home page, ultrasound clinics page and coaching/courses page.

I've attached the company logo and the sub-logos in different formats. There is also a head shot of Katrina for the about us page, an image of Katrina with a coaching client for the coaching page and multiple 3D ultrasound images for the gallery on the clinics page.
