Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I would like a stencil outline of a mountain range above the business name. I want it to read "Summit" in large letters with "Painting and/& Construction" below it. I'd like a bright ocean blue color incorporated into it the design with the mountain outline to be snow topped/a stencil line of snow topped. I'm thinking I'd like "Summit" to start lower and climb upwards as the mountain peak gets higher or vise versa with "Summit" starting bigger and getting smaller.
Maybe a swoosh below it ending with a paint brush that painted the swoosh.
