Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I am starting a business and need a logo created. I will also be looking to have business cards and a website designed. I would like to ensure that I have a logo that I can save and put directly onto a word document with no troubles. Also I would like a logo that I can use to put on a black background (without the white box showing around the logo).

Business is a Notary Public's office. Specializing in Personal Planning and Estates. Will making, Power of Attorney documents. Being peoples executor.

The town I am opening in is Nanaimo, British Columbia Canada.

I have also uploaded another design that was made for me which I love. Can anyone play off of this logo with the words Colby Marie Notary Corp. ? Exactly, or close too. Must be gold though, not yellow. And I would like to be able to save it as a gold document to put onto black and white paper. Thanks
