Banner size the same as the attached one?

Please give more information on the redesign of your banner.
1. The banner will be placed at the top under the menu or above the footer, where is it now?
2. What should be indicated on the button? Now the banner at the bottom is inactive. Only the "Start" button is active, but it is made using a WordPress template and is edited in the webmaster's admin panel.
3. When redesigning, should I use a photo of a security guard holding a lantern?

P.S. I noticed a large size of GIF animations of the logo takes 3 megabytes, I advise your webmaster to check the site with Google page speed service and optimize photos and animations. Google loves fast page loading when indexing.
