My agency, for a monthly fee, consults with and licenses software that automates the entire process of getting customer reviews on sites like Google, Yelp, Facebook, and more.

When a customer searches for a service, let's say plumbing in the city of Baltimore, they search "Plumbing baltimore" or something like that. Google will display a TON of plumbing companies. It's been shown that those businesses with the most reviews (and good ones) will get a large percentage of customers search for, in this case, plumbing services.

My friend has a similar agency in Salt Lake City and took an air conditioning and heating company from 50ish reviews that were about a 4.2 to 2400+ reviews and now at a 4.8 in just two years. The business has grown tremendously in part due to these reviews and the automation behind them.

The brand name ReputationSpring, is to evoke building a reputation by getting more and better reviews to "spring" ahead of your competition.
