Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for a company based in Texas, that is not like the typical and boring real estate investment companies. We want to change the way people look at land and open spaces. We like to find unique properties that we can creatively develop to make new homes and experiences for others who are adventure and exploration minded.

We want our company to inspire others to invest in us by conveying an emotion that we are unique, innovative and push the limits on what has been traditionally done before.

We have a few photos/images attached as concepts of what we believe is close to how we want the logo to look, but open to new ideas that could meet our concept. Just the words of our company is also acceptable, but open to seeing how a stand alone logo/symbol could look.

Even though our name is officially Pioneer Development Partners, We want the logo to just go by "Pioneer". This logo will go on everything- Investor Briefs, Website, Emails, Hats, Shirts, etc
