Resumen de Diseño de Logo

AvisMed is a general practice of a family doctor. The doctors name is "A. Vogel" where the last name "Vogel" translates to "bird" resp. "Avis" (in Latin) and also the name initials are AV.
The doctor's office will focus (besides the usual activities of a family doctor) on supporting patients to stay healthy, eg by giving patients nutritional advice and guiding them to do more exercise.
The logo should be simplistic and something "bird"ish should be hinted in the logo along with some medical symbol eg the rod of aesculap or other "health" symbol (no ECG please, cause it's not a cardiologist and no cross, it shouldn 't look like a graveyard)
The logo should be in a way that it could also be sewed on the employees clothes.

The logo text should be AVisMed (case-sensitive) with AVis one color and Med another color (preferred colors are green or blue for Med and black/grey for AVis).
The icon should be separated from the text in front or above the text.
