It seems like you want a completely working App by the end of this contest. However, this is a Design platform and most people are designers.
I can create User Interface design and even a Working prototype and all the assets and guidelines needed to guide the App developers to create the final product.
So, I'll deliver Design files and assets but you will still have to hire either an App development company or a freelance developer to create Android and iOS apps. Its like hiring an Architect to first design a building and then hiring a construction company to build it.
Is that fine with you?

I need an app interface design done for an app idea I have. I am new to this it is my first time trying to launch an app and I do not know what you need in order to get what I need. I need a site map/ design and if possible a working prototype that I can pass on to an app developer that can deliver the final product. This model will be used to raise funds and give investors an idea of what the apps functions will do as detailed in the project brief. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
