Resumen de Diseño de Flyer

We want to have a double sided 5.5"x8.5" flyer for a new Pharmacy opening in a well known strip mall in the neighborhood and we are planning to mail it to neighbors homes.

Want to put the outside pharmacy picture on the main side of the flyer and a coupon with 25% off towards an OTC product on the back in addition to the info below (preferably in a sort of bulletin points not a list (something like the 2 examples attached).

Colors to be red like the exterior sign and blue like the interior wall paint:
