Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a personal logo design, I work on a real estate team but need something for my own personal brand. I am a Principal real estate broker in the Portland metro area. I sell all types of real estate including townhomes, condos, bare land, detached housing and luxury homes. I have been selling for 17 years, and the team I am a member of is Hillshire realty group, inc which I am a senior member of. The team colors are grey and black, but I do not personally have a color designated for myself. My thought would be to add a pop of color that goes well with the team colors.....maybe yellow or a tiffany blue....I would like it to be somewhat feminine. I would like it easy to read and be able to go on all advertising such as t-shirts, hats and those sort of items.
