Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are building a 4 star boutique hotel on the island of Terceira in the Azores. It is a tourist place and a historic UNESCO city. The island is full of natural beauty, festivals, old world charm and great food. Our hotel wants to promote an authentic experience. (wood, stone, tradition). Other 4 star hotels try to be modern and new age...we want to be different. Our theme is to promote the Spirit Houses on the island and i think the logo should have an artist incorporation of one of these (see picture). Every town on the island has one of these religious centers as the center of their festivals. Additionally, we are in Angra do Herosimio the oldest town in Portugal. The city scape is well known. See picture. Lastly the island flower is well known and famous for identifying the island. the logo will be used on marketing, vehical wrap, and on the building. Want something simple, artistic that sets our brand apart. Love a logo that is little abstract and colorful.
