I have seen your designs. This is what I like.

Imagine an elegant restaurant. They bring their best bottle to you. This is the logo.

It looks like a person with a suit and "Black" bow-tie bringing a special bottle.

I like logos with black bow ties. I like logos with very clean bottles.
I like logos with square frames. And the Company Name next to the square - Black Tie Imports - In big serif/decorative font
I like clean graphics. I do not like "drawn by hand" look.

At the bottom of the image, I would like the bottle to "dip" outside of the picture of the suit, but still be inside the frame.

My last message was showing the bottle "dip" at the bottom, but my graphics got muddled. Here is what I mean:
