Resumen de Diseño de Logo

If you do not look at the files that I upload you won't understand what I'm referring to. I want you to create a detailed drawing of a female doctor. Full body. The black and white drawing of the female doctor i provided, I like a lot. But instead of her arms down by her side I want her to be holding the two balance scales one in each arm. The majority of the people working for us are female nurses. And the majority of the people coming in to get injectables are going to be female. The marketing approach were going with is that beyond the fact that we are an experienced, knowledgeable and skilled group, our backbone is ethics. We're an ethical company. For my experience within the industry there are a lot of services and a lot of doctors that are not honest about the services they provide and hurt people in the end. We are about taking care of people, doing a great job and being ethical. I do want the word AEthics to be placed somewhere behind, under, around, on top, the logo. I will let you guys get creative on where you think the name looks best on the logo. I was hoping that the text AEthics can be in lime green. You can be creative and utilize what ever font you think looks best. The color of the nurse will stay black and white. Same with the balance scales make them black and white also. Thank you for your hard work.
