Resumen de Diseño de Camiseta

We need an update to a previous t-shirt design. We own and operate two outpatient physical therapy clinics that are independently owned. This design will be given to patients who start as a new patient and our goal is to encourage them to wear the shirts while attending their sessions and be proud of what they are able to overcome to get well. Our communities are industrial based, so we have a lot of blue collar workers. We want the shirt to speak to them and give them inspiration.
We are not going to add the Fyzical Therapy & Balance Center logo; only the Adams Physical Therapy logo will be used. On the back of the shirt, the date should say since 1999, such as circa 1999, or since 1999. Other than this change, the back looks ok. On the front, we need a design change. We were thinking of replacing the Love Your Life with Adams Physical Therapy, and then add some words that may help inspire effort or commitment such as: 100% Grit, Performance, Power, Progress, Freedom and /or U Only Better. I am not sure of the play on words that may work, but we do feature these shirts on social media a lot and we really want patients to wear them. We noticed our previous design was awesome, but we just don't see patients wearing them. Other pieces of info that may be helpful: since we are still independently owned and everyone else around us has sold out to major hospital systems, patients love the fact that we are the "little guy" being scrappy in order to survive. We tend to use patriotic colors of the USA to convey this message - so the red white and blue signifies freedom, independence and choice. This things matter a lot to the citizens of our community and we want to resonate with them as well.
