Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are a real estate agency in the south of Spain and would like to get an improved version of our current logo. If you have a good idea we are also open to a new design.

Please keep in mind that most of our clients are looking for a vacation home near the sea. Our target market is middle (200k Euros) to high-end (2.5mil) segment, but NOT super top luxury (3-20 million).

As we are in Spain, we need to be bi-lingual, so we want wherever appropriate, to have both 'Inmobiliaria' and 'Real Estate', in this left-to-right order.

Requirements:
- Main theme color: orange, as seen on current office picture
- Solid, distinct colors (no gradients) - often a restriction in vinyls, where there are a total of approx. 50 distinct colors to choose from.
- Must look good on both black and white backgrounds (maybe with a minor color inversion)
