Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a logo design for my company based out of Oakland, California.

Our goal is to introduce new tools and techniques that help teach health and wellness, and how to deal with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and other elements which slow people down. I rely heavily on meditation, visualization, and neuroscience to bridge that gap and teach our community.

Many of my meditative practices are geared more towards esoteric knowledge and have an ancient descent. I prefer a create a logo that gives me that same feeling. I want something that looks as if it stood the test of time. It's vital that I mention that I still need it to fit into this modern period.

Shield/crest: I gravitate towards shields because they give me a sense of strength. I want my shield to have layers I want it to be ESOTERIC, elegant, timeless, and bold. I would like to have an elegant ribbon on the bottom that either spells "Prosperity Rising" or "Est 2021".

Lettering: I like the script and mildly decorative lettering. However, I do not want the lettering to be distracting so less it more.
1. Inside the crest can either spell out "Prosperity Rising"

Keep the crest (+details around it) and lettering the focal point. I attached several example pictures.
